TRE monthly workshop suitable for all, from first time to experienced 'shakers'. - Learn TRE, the Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises - Explore some simple yet effective grounding practices - Learn to switch the tremors on and off at a slow and regulated pace - Meet your body with comfort and ease in a supportive environment with a TRE Trainer - Connect, share and learn together in a small group environment After an explanation and discussion around TRE and some gentle grounding to meet the body, we move through the 7 simple Tension Releasing Exercises and have 'a shake'. Dates for 2023: 16th April 14th May 25th June 3rd September 1st October 5th November 3rd December
