TRE Module 2 is about teaching TRE to individuals and is an element of the TRE Provider Process, the professional training for those wishing to teach TRE to others. Completion of Module 1 is a prerequisite. TRE Module is the two day in person training about you learning to teach TRE safely to others. The weekend covers: - Safely teaching the 7 TRE with grounding and self-regulation - Verbal skills, awareness and key interventions - An introduction to Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges) - An introduction to fascia and following the body - Early signs of overwhelm and how to safely work with - The importance of presence, co-regulation and basic interventions to support regulation Timings This event is online, UK timezone 10.00 - 18.00 There will be plenty of breaks for rest and lunch. Note Module 1 & 3 and a supervision process are required to teach TRE to others as a Certifed TRE Provider, the time frame for which is 10-24 months.
