This two day workshop is open to all will explore the key concepts of TRE, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. It is ideal for those wishing to learn about releasing stress, anxiety or work with past trauma. It is also the first stage of the TRE Provider Process to teach TRE to others. We will explore an embodied sense of: - An understanding of TRE and ‘The Tremor Mechanism’
 - Learning to shake in a way that feels contained, regulated and enjoyable
 - Exploring grounding in TRE as a felt sense within the body
 - Self-regulation and the importance of going slow
 - The neurophysiology of stress and trauma and how shaking 'reboots' the nervous system
 - Avoiding Freezing, Flooding and Dissociation
 If you are signing up for The Provider Process to teach TRE to others: The Provider Process training with Train TRE offers ongoing support and personal development through connection and shared learning. This is a theme in the style of the training including group discussion, online group supervision and shaking together. TRE was meant for community.   You can complete the training in 10 - 18 months. The dates of the modules are spaced to facilitate completion within a year. Costs: All modules are £250. For the provider process the price is £680 for the three modules (when booked together) plus supervision and core reading. The estimated total cost to train as a TRE provider is £1880 - £2000. The majority of this cost comprises of a minimum of 13 supervision sessions with a TRE Mentor. Payment Options: 1/ Module 1 only (open to all). This booking option. 2/ Modules 1, 2 & 3 - If you are training to teach TRE to others, purchase all three Modules together and save £70 3/ Full TRE Provider Training including the minimum supervision requirement of 13 sessions. After Module 1 if you decide you would like to train we ask for a commitment to the next Module within a month of Module 1. Supervision: Running alongside the training is supervision process. This consists of a minimum of 13 supervision sessions with a TRE Mentor to support you in your personal process (4 sessions), teaching individuals (4 sessions post Module 2), and teaching groups (4 sessions post Module 3). A learning plan is developed with your mentor and there is a final certification session with your Certification Trainer. Please note that this is the minimum supervision requirement and additional sessions maybe needed. Please note that refunds are not available.
