About the Training

Monthly groups for TRE Providers and Trainee TRE Providers to connect, shake and nourish together. The groups are a space to come together in community and are 90 minutes. Each month's session is facilitated by an experienced Mentor of the Train TRE Team and themed to include somatic practice prior to shaking to ground and assist the body in releasing. Groups for 2026: Monday 16th February 10am Tuesday 17th March 7pm Monday 20th April 10am Tuesday 19th May at 7pm Monday 15th June at 10am Summer Break for July & August Tuesday 15th September at 7pm Monday 19th October at 10am Tuesday 17th November at 7pm Monday 14th December at 10am
