About the Training

Monthly grous for TRE Providers and Trainee TRE Providers to connect, shake and nourish together. The groups are a space to come together in community on the first Tuesday and third Monday of the month. Each month is themed and includes some somatic practice prior to shaking to ground and assist the body in releasing.
