Connect, share, and shake together -TRE is made for groups and community.

If you're new to TRE or an experienced shaker, groups and workshop are ideal for learning,  deepening and maintaining your TRE practice with the support of a TRE Provider.

Groups & Workshops for 2026

​

Group shakes are on the third Wednesday of the month in person in Brighton & Hove (open to all), and online workshops run 4-6 times a year.​​

​

Group community shakes for TRE Trainees and Providers run on the first Tuesday of the month at 6pm and on the third Monday of the month at 10am. In this colour below.

​

Groups and Workshops are either 90 minutes for a group and workshops are 2 hours. Both cover some grounding somatic exercises for regulation and each have a theme created by the group/facilitator. Groups are £15 and workshops are £20.

Tuesday 3rd February 6pm - Online Group Community Shake for Trainees and Providers

Monday 16th February 10am - Online Group Community Shake for Trainees and Providers

Wednesday 18th February 7.15pm- TRE Introductory Workshop, Cornerstone, Hove

 

There are also weekend workshops and TRE Provider Trainings. The next start date for the Provider Process Training is Online on 7th February 2026 and the Provider Process In Person in Devon is on 27th March 2026.
