If you're new to TRE or an experienced shaker, groups and workshop are ideal for learning,  deepening and maintaining your TRE practice with the support of a TRE Provider.

Groups & Workshops for 2026

Online TRE workshops run 4-6 times a year.​​

​

Group community shakes for TRE Trainees and Providers run monthly, on the third Monday of the month at 10am and the third Tuesday of the month at 6pm alternately - in this colour below.

​

Group shakes are 90 minutes and Workshops are 2 hours. Both cover some grounding somatic exercises for regulation and each have a theme created by the group/facilitator.

Groups are £15 and workshops are £20.

Wednesday 18th February 7.15pm- TRE Introductory Workshop, Cornerstone, Hove

Tuesday 17th March at 6pm - Online Group Community Shake for Trainees and Providers

Monday 20th April at 10am - Online Group Community Shake for Trainers and Providers

There are also weekend workshops and TRE Provider Trainings. The next start date for the Provider Process Training is Online on 7th February 2026 and the Provider Process In Person in Devon is on 27th March 2026.
