Connect, share, and shake together -TRE is made for groups and community.
If you're new to TRE or an experienced shaker, groups and workshop are ideal for learning, deepening and maintaining your TRE practice with the support of a TRE Provider.

Groups & Workshops for 2026
Online TRE workshops run 4-6 times a year.
Group community shakes for TRE Trainees and Providers run monthly, on the third Monday of the month at 10am and the third Tuesday of the month at 6pm alternately - in this colour below.
Group shakes are 90 minutes and Workshops are 2 hours. Both cover some grounding somatic exercises for regulation and each have a theme created by the group/facilitator.
Groups are £15 and workshops are £20.
Tuesday 19th May at 6pm - Online Group Community Shake for Trainees and Providers
Monday 15th June at 10am - Online Group Community Shake for Trainees and Providers
There are also weekend workshops and TRE Provider Trainings.
