About the Training

TRE monthly workshop suitable for all, from first time to experienced 'shakers', facilitated by TRE Provider Babette Lee and TRE Trainer Deborah Brown at Salt Water Studios in Central Worthing. - Learn TRE, the Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises - Explore some simple yet effective practices from grounding and vagal toning - Learn to switch the tremors on and off at a slow and regulated pace - Meet your body with comfort and ease in a supportive environment with experienced qualified TRE Providers - Connect, share and learn together in a small group environment After an explanation and discussion around TRE and some gentle grounding to meet the body, we move through the 7 simple Tension Releasing Exercises and have 'a shake'. Salt Water Studios is minutes from Worthing town centre, mainline train station and bus routes both locally and along the south coast. About Us: Babette Lee is an experienced TRE Provider based in Shoreham where she runs monthly groups. Deborah Brown is a TRE Provider, Mentor and Trainer recently moved to Worthing. She runs professional TRE Trainings online and in Devon and hopes to start a training in Worthing in 2027. Together Babette and Deborah look forward to sharing TRE with the local Worthing community.
